  大豆分子育种学科组简介

  一、学科组简介 

  1.学科组概况 

  大豆分子设计育种学科组围绕大豆重要农艺性状形成的遗传基础,结合分子生物学、多组学和生物信息学等手段,解析控制大豆产量、光周期反应和大豆品质等关键途径的主效基因及其调控网络,获得重要分子模块并应用于育种实践,通过设计培育大豆新品种,为解决我国大豆危机提供科技支撑。 

  2.学科组目标 

  大豆分子设计育种课题组发展的目标是开展大豆生育期、产量和品质等重要农艺性状的功能基因组学研究工作,建立基于全基因组信息的大豆品种分子设计育种体系,并通过育种实践验证,培育高产、优质和广适性大豆新品种和创制新种质,为创立大豆品种分子设计知识体系提供理论支撑。
